refinance manufactured home with current loan or take on loan on land that is paid for...we want to take out a loan to get rid of high interest debt but not sure if we should try refinancing current loan on home or new loan on land that is paid for

In my opinion, it would be better if you could refinance your current loan provided if you have equity in the property. This will help you in getting better rates to pay off the mortgage debts.
