i am looking for a 30 year fixed refinance. my current loan is a 30 year fixed at 6.375%.
my balance is approximately $52,000. the home was manufactured in 1994 by dutch homes. i have excellent credit with a score above 800 that i just checked on 2 months ago.

Hi Cardsman,
If you have equity in the property, you would be able to refinance the mortgage. As you've mentioned, you've a credit score above 800, it would be considered as your plus point. You should contact your present lender and apply for a loan. You can even seek a no obligation free mortgage quote from the lenders of this community to know what type of rates and terms you would get when you apply for a loan.
Take care.

i presently have an 8.5% loan, it is in a beautiful park, we have excellent credit (800) and are retired. i have asked my presently lender is it is possible to refinance. they told me if i didn't like the rate pay down the loan. but, that still leaves with 8.5% loan. do you have the name of any lenders?
Hi bill!
Welcome to the forums!
You can contact other local lenders and apply for a mortgage refinancing with them. They will let you know whether or not you can qualify for it.
Feel free to ask if you've further queries.
