i want to refinance my house on 6 acres of land and it has a manufactured home on it that does not have a permanent foundation? what are my chances of getting a re-finance on it and who would do it. when we purchased the home we had to pay cash for the moble and put a no-value on it to get the loan.
As the manufactured home does not have a permanent foundation, it will be difficult for you to refinance it with a conventional loan. You can contact the retailers who offer personal property loans. You may get this loan depending upon your credit and financial situation. However, you should note that such loans are available at a higher interest rate.
