Hi AJG,
After your marriage, if you add your spouse to the property and want to add your spouse to the mortgage as well, then you will have to refinance the loan. In order to refinance the loan, both of you should have equity in your property, required credit score and income. If both of you meet all the required criteria, then the lender will allow you to refinance the loan.
Thanks

Hi AJG!
Welcome to forums!
I agree with what James has said. In order to refinance your mortgage, you can contact your present lenders or you can contact other local lenders of your area. This community, too, has a large number of lenders. You can seek a no obligation free mortgage quote from them and get to know whether or not you can qualify for a loan.
Feel free to ask if you've further queries.
