do you all refinance mobile homes, it is a double wide on a permanent fixture. ? if so will it be lower than 10%. we need lower monthly payments
anyone who can do FHA can do this....you shouldnt get higher than 7%

You have to own the land and it has to be deeded as real estate for a mortgage company to do this.
