i have a 2007 doublewide and would like to refinance the home only no land .... currently its 6.99% for 20 years like to try to lower my interest and payments.....last check my fico score was around 730

Welcome semiga,

With a fico score of 730, you would be able to get a refinance on your existing mortgage. However, there should be some equity in your property. If the double wide mobile home does not have equity in it, lenders won't be ready to refinance it.
