Hi steffaniesorenson,
Mobiles homes built prior to 1976 do not qualify for mortgage as lenders are concerned about the life of such properties. I don't think lenders would be ready to give you a loan. You can check out if you can get personal loan for your property. Such loans are available with retailers who sell mobile homes. However, personal loans are available at a higher rate of interest. You should go for such loans, if you can afford to pay a higher rate of interest.
Thanks

Hi steffaniesorenson,
jameshogg is right... only way for you to be will be personal loan with some higher interest rates.... It will be very difficult for you to qualify for mortgage loan... For further assistance, you can contact local lenders, they can provide you with the clear picture....
all the best.... :)
