The double wide mobile home (approx. 2200 Sq. ft) is on deeded acreage and is set up very nicely with a large 14 x 80 metal workshop also. Credit scores are above 740. Gainfully employed/ The mobile home is not on a permanant foundation(will not go FHA) just the regular underpinning and tie downs. All is paid off. Need to refi and get cash out. Please help
