Your Mobile Home is eligible for HUD financing if it was built after June 14, 1976, and is installed on a HUD approved permanent foundation, and you're the legal owner of both the land and Mobile Home. That combination means your Mobile Home is classified as "real property", making it eligible for HUD financing.
