we would like to know if you can refinance our mobile home. we are in a park and own no land. we are seniors and on social security of 3,000.00 a month. our home is a 1992 fleetwood, 1620 sq ft. we would like to do some remodeling and also have enough money to get some badly needed dental care for each of us. the amount owing at this time is just under 28,000.00
