my home is on permanent foundation and i currently have a regular home loan on it. i believe it is a conventional home loan. i was divorced in november 2007 and my ex husband signed a quit claim deed for the house to me at that time. i need to get the home/property refinanced in my name only to get his name off the mortgage. is this something your company can assist me with?
Hi grauntiex,
This is not a mortgage company but a mortgage community where the posters come up with their queries and the experts/members participating here try to help them with their suggestions. You need to contact your present lender for a mortgage refinance. If you've equity in your property and if you've a good credit score and stable income, you will get a refinance.
There are lenders who participate in the forum discussions. You can seek a no obligation free mortgage quote from them and get to know what type of rates and terms you will get.
Thanks
