I had to relocate from my home in Galveston texas two years ago due to IKE storm to san antonio texas i had lost my job due to the storm so i purchased a mobile home. i now have my old job back home in Galveston texas but cannot move the mobile home due to it was financed through the mobile home park. this is why i need to re finance the mobile home so i can have it moved closer to my job. i am a single parent and need assistance with this. due to the IKE storm my credit went bad. i am in the process of working on it but it takes time my score at this time is a 590. what can i do?
with a credit score of 590, you won't be able to qualify for a refinance. you should have a score of at least 700-720 in order to get a conventional loan. in case of a fha loan, you would require a score of 620. you should first improve your score and then look out for loans. to improve your score, you can check out the given page:
