How do I get out of a Dual Person Mortgage

My mother and myslef have taken a mortgage out on a home. Both names are on the loan. How do I go out about getting my name off the loan and what options do I have?

you will have to ask your mother to refinance the mortgage in her name. this will help you in removing your name from the mortgage.
