Will I be able to refinance my mortgage if I have got a new job 3 months ago?

If you can show 2 years of employment history, then you may be able to get a refinance if you have opted for a new job 3 months back.

I agree with what Jerry has said. The lender will want to see 2 years of employment history in the same field. If you can show that, the lender will consider you for the loan.
