i got this letter in the mail from nationwide mortgage compay. promise me to refinance at 3.75%, no closing costs, no appraisal required, no equity required and no income documentation. i really need to refinance, but is skeptical about this company. you can't trust any mail that comes to you these days with an offer like this. should i refinance with the guys?
Hi ahaskell,
I would suggest you to contact Nationwide directly and check out whether or not they are offering such a plan to the borrowers. This will help you in knowing whether or not they really offer such a plan. After knowing the terms and conditions of the program, you can decide about refinancing the loan.
Thanks

sounds a bit too good to be true to me - how exactly are they making their money?
I can't see any lender offering refinance without needing evidence of income or equity.
