I am refinancing my home and when the mortgage company rep. asked me to bring in paperwork (W-2's, bank statements, etc) one of the things she mentioned was something beginning in 'O' and the second word was 'Dec', which I take to mean declarations? Can you help? Maybe just give me a list of the usual papers required? I live in VA.

Cheryl, why dont you call the loan officer and ask? Seems to be the best way to make sure you have everything you need.
