Presently have a hard money first on my 98 golden west manf. home in a park. the interest rate is 13% for 3 years, my home is worth at least 45,000. I receive ssi and alimony totallaing approx. 1300 a mo. I wish to pay off my loan and get one more reasonable. can you help or give me any good advice?
