How to get a mortgage co. to give you a payoff amount so you can refinance locally?

It has been almost 30 days and we are trying to get the payoff amounts on 4 loans that were bought by a company in Illinois. They will not give us the information or fax it to our local bank. I have filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau and sent a certified letter to the CEO of the company. What else can I do? We missed our closing date of May 10th. The payments were due on 5/19 and they had a collection company call us last night wanting to know when we were going to pay. We have never paid late before and I am very frustrated. All we want is the payoff so we can pay the loans in full.
