i own a mobile home with the land my current apr is 22.9% and i am looking for a lower apr in july i moved my mobile home onto a lot that i purchased 2 years ago, one disaster after another it took approximately 2 months to get it moved from the time is was disconnected, to the new lot after that and a few thousand dollars i have a few late pays in the last couple of months and that his my credit score for over 100 points what can i do i need to refi to pay off some debt
