Quadraplex refi. The property is worth 135K range. Current balance is 93.5K. I am looking for a 30Yr Fixed.
Credit scores are around 715-730. We document some income. Looking for no cash out other than CC.
Is it doable in todays enviroment.
What are the qualifications?

LTV will be limited to 75% max of the appraised value for a 4 plex.
Mid credit score of 720+ for the best rate.
You'll need 2-6 months PITI in reserves depending on the AUS findings/lender overlays.
