i doubt whether you would get a refinance for a 1975 build mobile home. mobiles homes built before 1976 do not qualify for mortgage or refinance as lenders are concerned over the life of the property and quick depreciation of such a home. you'll have to speak the lenders and check out if they are ready to refinance it. you can speak to the lenders of this community and seek a no obligation free mortgage consultation. this will let you know whether you would get a loan or not.
