5 years ago my kids dad and i bought a home. He only lived in it for 2 years. ive made all the payments. i want to sell to get a new place and have a fresh start in life but he wont sign off because he dont want me to move anywhere with our kids.what can i do to sell the house and make him sign off or him and his girlfriend refiance?

You can buy out your ex-husband by offering him a stipulated sum of money and ask him to transfer the property to you. Once he does so, you will become the owner of the property. Then you can sell off the property and get rid of it.
