stated income refinance

Can someone provide us with some sources for a stated income refi with 50k cashout. My fiance has a 760+ score and I have a 680 with a BK two years ago. I am not on title to our home at this time.
We owe 245k and need about 53K cash. The current value of the home is about 380 to 400K.
Thanks
Scott, why do you need a stated income loan? Also, is your fiance self employed? Your total LTV on a stated income program cannot be more than 70 or 75% depending upon the lender. It also depends upon what state you are in. If you are in NJ NY CT or PA then you have a real good chance of getting a stated income loan. If you are in CA, then it will be more difficult. If you are anywhere else, then it may be nearly impossible.
