Hi everyone:
I am currently unemployed, threre is someone willing to rent my house. However, they can only afford to pay for rent a much lower amount than the monthly morgage payment. Could I refinance the morgage? the owner is citi.

Hi tuky,

You have mentioned that you are unemployed right now. In such a situation, your lender will not be ready to refinance the loan. You can try searching for a tenant who can pay you a higher amount which will help you in paying off the monthly mortgage payments.
