how accurate is zillow and yahoo? once values home at 400k and the other values at 500k.

what are the steps of getting your house valued? i would like to refinance house.

Hi Cory,

As far as I know, Zillow and Yahoo give more or less appropriate values of the property. However, you can even contact an independent appraiser and appraise the property with his help to know the house value. If there is equity in your property, then you'll be able to get a refinance.
