Can a senior with a prior felony conviction obtain a reverse mortgage?
that's a tough one...you might get a faster answer by going directly to the fha. perhaps someone who's had occasion to deal with this type of situation has insight, if there's anyone.

Look under the "Who's Eligible" section. It's really basic - if you're at least 62 years of age and occupy the property as your primary residence, you're eligible.
