Will a landlord be able to legally rent a property if he has taken out a reverse mortgage on it?
Hi Guest,
Reverse mortgages will be given by the lender on primary residences. It is not given on rental properties. So, if the landlord already has a reverse mortgage on the property, he will not be able to rent that property.
Take care
