Hello,
I own a manufactured home on leased land in a Senior Park in Vancouver, Washington. I'm looking for a reverse mortgage on my home. It has been remodeled, new roof, re- insulated and improved by the energy efficient program with PUD (the electric company in Vancouver) within the last year. It was built in 1971 but, like I mentioned, has been remodeled. I paid $28,000 for it 3 years ago and with the new roof, etc. I'm sure, given the economic times, its worth is at least $26,000. I am a retired Real Estate person and as a result, keep up with the market and values. Is it possible to get a reverse mortgage with your company?

This is a mortgage community and not a company giving reverse mortgages. You can get reverse mortgages by contacting the local lenders. However, mobile homes build before 1976 do not qualify for loans.
