We own a beautiful Mobile Home
that is a fixed foundation, in a
beautiful park, but we can't own the land. Does this disquality us from getting a reversed mortgage??
We pay taxes on our home, but some people pay
property taxes instead of the tags, would they qualify
for a reverse mortgage?

Hi luckyborowski,
As far as I know, lenders generally do not offer reverse mortgage on mobile homes. This is because most of the lenders are concerned about the life expectancy of the property. However, there may be some lenders who can offer reverse mortgage on mobile homes. I would suggest you to contact the local lenders and have a word with them in this regard.
Take care.
