If I have applied for HARP refinancing, then will I be able to get a reverse mortgage when I am of age?

Hi Voheur,

As far as I know, a HARP refinance today will have no impact on your future reverse mortgage.

Hi Voheur,

I agree with Sara that a HARP refinancing will have no negative affect on future reverse mortgage. If you meet the required criteria of the lender, then you will get a reverse mortgage in future.
