Hello Sam,
We are in the process of a Reverse Mortage. The lender has all the docts ready to sign. My father pass away today our appointment to sign the docts is tomorrow. My sister has POA of all his finances. Can she sign for him?
Need to know as soon as possible.
Thank you.

Welcome barbara,
Unless your sister and you are 62 years of age, you won't be able to qualify for a reverse mortgage now. Your father has deceased and the POA will not hold any importance now. If your father have not left any will, then your sister and you will have to file an affidavit of heirship and transfer the property in your names.
