my wife is 74,im 60 we have a reverse mortage i was on the deed to this house. because. of the reverse, I was taken off said deed to get reverse mortage and was told that it didn't matter because i was the husband which it wasn't true. now the question how do get back on this deed. after im 62. will a quick deed surfice or do i have to refiance the reverse mortage albert

your wife will have to sign a quit claim deed and add your name to the property deed. thus, your name will be on the property deed. if you want your name to be on the mortgage docs, then you'll have to refinance the reverse mortgage.
