I am currently in the process of filing for bankrupcy credit card dedt. I have a 1st and 2nd mortgage I am currently up to date on my first but several months behind on my second but I continue to pay if I should not be able to pay second down the road, will second lender force a forclosure?
I owe 530,000 on first and 120,000 on second homes in my area are selling around 450,000. what worries me is the home next door just went into forclosure and it is the largest on my street it may sell at 475,000-500,000. if that being the case do you think second lender would force a fffforclou

Yes. Chances are the Lender will start the foreclosure proceedings after your Discharge, because then you won't be protected by the "Automatic Stay". And it'll cost you even more because you'll be charged for all their legal and other fees. It makes good financial sense to get current with them.
