Want to eliminate credit card balances, but don't have much equity. Have excellent job stability and credit rating. Never paid a late payment on anything. Just want to eliminate credit cards completely.
If you wish to get out of from credit card debts you have to make budget.

First of all you have to make payments for priory things, like Mortgage Payments, Gas etc. required expenses.

Avoid daily other expenses like, watching movies, entertainment, etc.

Try to save much more & make maximum payments to this creditors.

Thanks & regards.

125% loan to value ratio is as likely as it is for ted williams' head to be attached to a body and reanimated.

hi skwebster,

i don't think it would be possible for you to get a 125% second mortgage. however, if you want to eliminate your credit card balances, you can contact the creditor and negotiate for a settlement. if the creditor agrees to lower your debts, it would be affordable for you to pay it off.

thanks
