Hi there… Will I be able to qualify for mortgage – a home equity if I have a credit score of 573?
Hi Bob,
With a credit score of 573, you won't be able to qualify for any kind of loan. You will have to improve your scores and then look out for loans.
Thanks,
Jerry

you should improve your credit score first. Before applying for a mortgage loan. With low credit score you can get the loan, but it is more difficult.Consult a local mortgage lender in your area he will help you out in sorting out the problem.
Hi Bob! Your credit score is in the category of a bad credit score which means that you wo be able to qualify for a regular mortgage. There are home loans for people with bad credit offered by several lenders; however, the interest rate is too high. The best thing to do is to work on improving your score so you can qualify for a regular mortgage or so you can get a lower rate from a bad credit lender. Good luck!
You should immediately take credit repair steps in order to qualify for a home loan. Take our a secured card, pay off your bills on time in order to establish positive credit history.
