my home was foreclosed on last feb. and i have a second mortgage using a credit card with the same bank. i have been paying the monthly payment but i am trying to find out if i am obligated to do this in tennessee.

The second mortgage lender will always have the rights to recover his mortgage dues from you. In my opinion, you should contact your second lender and check out if he can forgive the mortgage dues so that you won't have to pay them any further. However, it will be completely the lender's discretion whether or not he will forgive the dues.
