Hello,

I have negotiated a settlement on my charged off 2nd at 10% and received an offer letter from the atty/ca but it does not include any details as to what they will do after the monies are received.

What details should I require to be included in the settlement offer letter before paying it off?

"Paid in Full shall be reported to all three credit bureaus"
"Any/All liens shall be released"
"All litigation shall be dismissed"

Are these appropriate? Is there anything else I should include?

Thank you,

Scott
Hi Scooby!

Welcome to forums!

The 3 statements which should be mentioned in the settlement offer letter is correct. I don't think you need to include anything else.

Feel free to ask if you've further queries.
