Hi MSG!
Welcome to forums!
You should speak to the local lenders of your area and check out whether or not they offer mobile home loans. The lenders would check your credit history and your income and would approve you for a loan. If, for some reasons, you are unable to get a mobile home loan, then you can apply for personal loans. However, these loans are available at a higher interest rate.
You can also speak to the lenders of this community and request for a no obligation free mortgage quote. This will let you know what type of rates and terms you would receive.
Feel free to ask if you've further queries.
