Is It Legal For Only One Person (husband Or Wife) To Sign For A 2nd Mortgage Loan With The Other Not Present ?

If the person has a good credit score and a stable income, then he or she can take out a mortgage in his or her name. However, his or her name should be mentioned in the property deed and the person should have a good credit score and stable income.
