wife is deceased has second on the house,second is not in my name i did have to sign loan doc's,have removed her from first loan,house is in a trust know,she's off the grant deed,am i liable for second
A question for your attorney, but I'll opine that you are not obligated on the debt. It would seem to me that the lender is in jeopardy, frankly; as their lien was not properly perfected...but the laws of your state will apply, so check that out before you do anything rash.
