WHICH IS TAXED LOWER BY IRS, INTEREST OR DIVIDEND INCOME?

INTEREST INCOME FROM A BANK, SAVINGS, BONDS, MONEY MARKET ACCOUNT OR MORTGAGE LOAN OR FROM ANY LOANS MADE AS A LENDER/MORTGAGOR??

DIVIDENT INCOME FROM STOCKS, MUTUAL FUNDS, ETF??

As far as I know, you will get a higher rate in mortgages as compared to savings. Interest rates on savings is lesser than mortgages.
