I sold my house almost a year ago,shortly afterwards the mortgage company my buyer used sent me a refund for the property taxes i paid.Now almost a year later they want it back.Is there a time limit on this type of thing or do i have to repay them?
That's very odd. I would contact a real estate attorney to see what is going on with that.
