If you have your own documentation, all you really need to do is resubmit your application.
You could also use documentation to challenge the case. If you don't have your original documentation, they do, and all you need to do is ask for copies. If they don't think they need to do it, get a subpoena. It's yours and you have the right to defend your case. (Anyway, in a court, as a defendant, you'll get copies of everything through discovery anyway.)
