Im trying to refinace my home the loan is presently under the Texas A6 law since I refinaced my home in 2006 due to a divorce settlement agreement per the judges orders. Please advise me of what I can do to proceed to refinace and get out from under this type of loan an obtain a lower interest rate.

you should note that a home cannot have more than one texas a6 loan. also, it should be noted that a texas a6 loan cannot be refinanced within the first 12 months. as more than 2 years have passed since you refinanced the loan, you should be able to get a refinance. to know more about texas a6, check out the given page:
