if a morgage company violates the a6 law charge me over 3% and loaned me over 80% of loan value is there anything i can do to get a loan mod they they dont do mods and i am in forcloser thanks

As there has been a violation of the lending laws, you can file a lawsuit against the lender. You can contact an attorney and he would help you in doing so. However, if the lender does not give the option of loan modification to his borrowers, then you cannot force him to do so. It will be completely the lender's discretion whether or not he would give you that option.
