Texas A6 loan out of state

I am presently based at Texas for my work and I will be moved to some different state. I was planning to take out a Texas A6 loan. Is it available only in Texas or can I take it out of the state?
Texas A6 loan will not be available out of state. This loan is only available in the State of Texas.

I agree with what Niicss has said. Texas A6 loan is a state specific loan.
