I need help!

I live in Weatherford, Texas. There are several foreclosure mobile homes here, price range from $25.000,00 to $45.000,00. They are already on the land and the year range from 1990 to 2008. I'm trying to buy one, but I can't find a lender. They usually will only lend money to buy a regular home or the mobile home have to cost $60.000,00 or more. I don't make much money. Therefore I can only afford up to $30.000,00 maybe $38.000,00 but that will be pushing. I have a good credit score:749, 739, 743. I make 17.000,00 a year. I've been on the same job for the past 5 years. I have a car loan $148 a month, and a student loan $82 a month. I don't have any credit card bills. These foreclosure homes have been selling very quickly. So someone has to be lending the money to buy them. I just can't seen to figured out who. Any suggestions on how to go about it finding a lender? Do you know of any lender. By the way... I've been paying my student loan for over 5 years, always on time, and my car loan for a year and 2 months on time as well. I would really appreciate if you could reply. Thanks.
Hi Jackie,

Lenders may not be ready to give you a mortgage of such a low amount. However, you may be able to get a personal property loan in order to buy a mobile home. You can get these loans from the retailers who sell mobile homes. However, such loans are available at a higher interest rate.

This community has a large number of lenders. You can speak to them and seek a no obligation free mortgage quote in order to know whether or not you will be able to get a loan for such a small amount.
