Does Texas Cash Out apply to rural property?

I am trying to consolidate a remaining mortgage and an equity loan. Does Texas Cash Out apply to rural property?

as far as i know, you'll be able to take out a cash out mortgage for a rural property in texas. you should contact the local lenders in order to get a refinance for the concerned property.
