Hello I've been looking to do cash out refi on my property located in El Paso however it seems like no one can do my loan. I have a 700+ fico, I looking for a 27% LTV Loan and I'm going full doc. Can anyone direct to the right directions?
hi erlopezlv!
as far as i know, texas has the strictest rules for cash out refinance. as the lenders are refusing to give you cash-out refinance, did you ask them the reason? i think it is because of the 27% ltv that you are looking for. you can speak to the lender to know the cause of their refusal.
thanks.

Hi erlopezlv!
Did you ask the lender as to why you are not being given the loan? The rules and regulation of giving loans may vary from lender to lender. You will have to check the plans and programs available cash out refinance at 700+ FICO.
Thanks,
Jerry

Hi erlopezlv,
Welcome to our forums.
Do you know the reason why you're being denied? I mean aren't lenders giving any reason as such? Your FICO score looks great and you aren't asking for more. Well, I'd suggest that you have a talk with our community lenders and find out what they have to say. Perhaps they can help you out with the loan. So, just send a request for no-obligation free mortgage quote to our community lenders and see what they have to offer you.
Good luck
