texas: a man gets married to a lady with a lake house. he makes payments for two years, then they refinance and his name is on the mortgage. he makes 8 more months of payments. she dies, leaving the house to her grown son. he has continued to make the mortgage payments. it has been 11 months. is there any solution to have a legal claim to the house?

If her daughters name mentioned on deed,that means he has ownership of property. He has not any rights on this property.
